When will my order be processed?

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

During holiday periods or sale seasons, processing may take longer. Orders shipped to Australia generally arrive within 5–12 business days, depending on distance and customs clearance.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed, no changes can be made.

Why am I receiving my items in separate packages?

It is normal for items to arrive in separate packages. To provide you with the fastest shipping times, our products are stored in different warehouses.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in AUD, which means you may be responsible for paying duties and taxes upon receiving your order.
